Telehealth only
Telepsychiatry by Secure Video for Patients in Connecticut
All sessions are conducted securely through telehealth, so you can receive care from the comfort and privacy of your home.

How video visits work
Every visit with Jessica happens by secure video. You join from home and talk with her face to face on screen about how you're feeling, your symptoms, and your plan.
JRose Wellness provides telehealth for patients in Connecticut, where Jessica is licensed as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN).
Booking works the same way for every visit: through Alma or Headway if you are using insurance, or directly with the practice for self-pay.

Is telehealth right for me?
Telehealth visits are for outpatient psychiatric care: evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy from home.
JRose Wellness is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
