Care that fits a busy life

Work, relationships, family, money, a move, a new job. Adult life asks a lot, and sometimes stress turns into something that doesn't lift on its own.

Jessica Logel is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who sees young adults and adults by secure video. She describes her approach as "compassionate, collaborative, and down-to-earth," and she balances support with "honesty, humor, and real-life problem solving."

Visits happen from the comfort and privacy of your home, with no commute and no waiting room.

Need help right now?

JRose Wellness is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.

What working with Jessica looks like

  • An initial evaluation of your history, current concerns, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals.
  • A personalized treatment plan, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
  • Medication when it makes sense for you. Medication is optional.
  • Supportive therapy during visits, using cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and practical coping strategies.
  • Follow-up visits to check how treatment is working and adjust it when needed.
  • A referral to a therapist if you need more therapy than visits allow.

Jessica's approach, in her words

Compassionate and collaborative

"My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and down-to-earth." You set goals together, and you stay informed and involved in every decision about your care.

Warm and direct

"My style is warm and approachable while also being direct and goal-oriented." The aim is for you to leave visits with tools, insight, and a clearer understanding of yourself.

Practical

She balances emotional support with "honesty, humor, and real-life problem solving," so the plan fits the life you actually have.

Questions adults ask

Do you treat ADHD in adults?

Yes. Jessica evaluates and manages attention difficulties, distractibility, impulsivity, and disorganization in both adolescents and adults.

Do you provide therapy, medication management, or both?

Many Psych NPs offer medication management and brief therapeutic interventions. I will provide supportive therapy during our sessions and may refer you to a therapist if needed.

Will you prescribe controlled substances?

Possibly. Prescribing is based on a careful assessment, diagnosis, safety considerations, and state regulations.

What if I don't want to take medication?

That's okay. Medication is optional. We can explore therapy, lifestyle changes, or other non-medication approaches.

Do you take insurance?

Yes, by booking through Alma or Headway. Plans such as Aetna, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and Carelon Behavioral Health are listed on our Insurance page. You can also pay directly: $400 for the initial evaluation (60 minutes), then $300 for a 45-minute therapy and medication management visit or $100 for a 15-minute visit.
